A.L. 9 anni ricoverato presso altro PO per febbre da 4 giorni, cefalea, artralgie diffuse, vomito, diarrea ed iperemia congiuntivale bilaterale. Per rigidità nucale esegue puntura lombare (negativa) ed inizia terapia con Ceftriaxone e teicoplanina.In 6° giornata di febbre comparsa di rash (tronco e arti superiori) e dolore addominale con quota fluida nello scavo pelvico all’ETG addome. Viene trasferito presso la nostra UO per competenze. All’ingresso: febbre da 8 giorni, edemi agli arti inferiori, epatosplenomegalia e riduzione del MV alle basi, alvo chiuso a feci, non ai gas. Ether-Lipids Are Involved in Retinal Vegf Expression and in Postnatal Hyaloid Vessel Regression

Purpose:Ether-lipids are phospholipids that represent about 13% of retinal lipids and whose exact functions remain unknown. However, the preferential esterification of polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) at the sn-2 position of ether-lipids and their liberation by an ether-lipid-specific phospholipase A2 suggest their involvement in cell signaling processes. Based on the data showing the persistence of the hyaloid vasculature in ether-lipid-deficient mice (DAPAT-/- mice, Rodemer et al Hum Mol Genet 2003), we further investigated the molecular mechanisms by which ether-lipids may regulate hyaloid vessels regression during post-natal development. Specifics of pesticides effects on the phytopathogenic bacteria

The data concerning the effects of pesticides of different nature on the phytopathogenic bacteria was examined and summarized. Without extensive research on the mechanisms of interaction between pathogenic bacteria and pesticides in the literature review a similar message about microorganisms of soil and phyllosphere are included. The bacteria can be suppressed permanently by pesticides with a mechanism of action that universally affects biological processes in living systems.
